**This is a hybrid position requiring in office work 3 days a week at the Lexington, KY office. Preference will be given to candidates within a commutable distance to HQ.

As an OEM Adjacencies Account Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding relationships within our OEM partner ecosystem. This hybrid role blends external partner engagement with internal cross-functional collaboration. You'll lead initiatives across roadmap planning, business modeling, and customer development to drive profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Expand existing business and develop new opportunities through strategic prospecting, qualification, and deal closure.
  • Customer Engagement: Build trusted relationships with OEM partners by deeply understanding their environments and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Development Process Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, support project execution, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Business Case Ownership: Develop and manage complex business models, ROI analyses, and risk assessments. Track performance against revenue, margin, and sell-through targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders and external contacts to overcome challenges and meet sales objectives.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in IT products/software.
  • Proven success in both B2B and B2C engagement models.
  • Strong background in P&L and business case development.

Skills:

  • Strategic prospecting and questioning
  • Executive-level communication and presentation
  • Complex sales process management
  • Negotiation and stakeholder alignment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of customer validation plans and marketing qualification metrics

Preferred:

  • Experience in OEM sales environments
  • Familiarity with complex partnership ecosystems
  • Advanced degree in marketing, finance or business
