We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Technology Resiliency to join our Technology Resiliency & Execution team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL with a minimum of four days in office per week.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage the TECM policies, standards, procedures, and underlying controls that comprise the TECM framework, including any ongoing uplift, republication, etc.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and metrics reporting on the controls in the framework, including deviations and associated actions required with Engineering stakeholders to remediate
- Raise, action and hold stakeholders accountable for addressing Control Issues formally raised against the TECM framework (utilizing ServiceNow)
- Define and maintain a strategic roadmap for ongoing enhancements to the TECM framework, while overseeing execution on those priorities across a myriad of stakeholder groups
- Proactively lead preparation for stakeholder meetings to ensure deliverables are met on time and with quality
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide actionable insights to enhance TECM processes
- Bring strong institutional knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to influence in a complex environment
- Act as a key liaison between TECM and internal stakeholders across engineering, audit, and risk ensuring alignment and accountability
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred, 6-8 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across Engineering and Platforms to drive timely, high-impact delivery in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Exceptional communication skills with the professionalism and presence to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of managing and prioritizing a high volume of complex, time-sensitive, and often sensitive initiatives within a corporate setting
