City of Hope Orange County is transforming cancer treatment by bringing world-class expertise and specialized care closer to home. Supported by a regional network of care, our 11-acre academic cancer campus in Irvine is home to City of Hope Orange County Lennar Foundation Cancer Center, our outpatient cancer center, and Orange County's only cancer specialty hospital, opening in late 2025. With the opening of the hospital, the full continuum of advanced cancer care-from prevention through survivorship-will be available in Orange County for the first time, eliminating the need to travel for lifesaving treatment. Seamlessly connected to our outpatient cancer center, the new clinical research hospital will feature seventy-three inpatient beds, advanced surgical suites, groundbreaking clinical trials, and holistic services such as rehabilitative therapy and spiritual care. This is not standard cancer care. This is lifesaving cancer care. This is Hope. This role supports the Chief Operating Officer, who oversees clinical and supports service operations for our outpatient cancer center and new hospital, and the Deputy Physician-in-Chief who oversees physician operations. Located at our new campus in Irvine. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills. This individual will play a significant role in helping both executives align their calendars with their top priorities, support agendas for critical meetings and provide well-orchestrated experiences for meetings and visitors in collaboration with assistant colleagues across the organization. Role is onsite. The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for the coordination of activities (operations and planning) and ensuring timely flow of information to and from the executive office. This role is responsible for handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature and must function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment. In this position you will have a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines and organize and maintain effective administrative processes. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence. As a successful candidate, you will:
