Staffmark is hiring a Finishing Technician to join a skilled team
focused on perfecting high-end carbon fiber bicycle frames. In this role, you'll help transform rough, unpainted frames into flawless products that meet premium quality standards.

Pay: $14-$18/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Perform sanding, detailing, and light bodywork using hand tools and sanding blocks
  • Mix and apply body filler with precision and care
  • Spray primer coats in preparation for paint application
  • Maintain high attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Communicate process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improvement



Qualifications:



  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs occasionally
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Experience with basic hand tools and spray applications preferred
