HUMAN INTELLIGENCE PDP FACILITATOR
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI - CI Poly Preferred


Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Intelligence (HUMINT) PDP Facilitator to deliver specialized HUMINT instruction in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role involves developing, implementing, and updating comprehensive training aligned with DIA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards. The facilitator will focus on HUMINT operational planning, execution, and management to support mission needs within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AoR). This position operates in an on-site, SCIF-based environment. U.S. citizenship is required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and instruct HUMINT courses for students ranging from introductory to senior/expert levels
  • Deliver instruction covering the full spectrum of HUMINT operations, including clandestine and overt collection, and operational support execution
  • Instruct on HUMINT operational planning and execution, requirements management, and strategic policy development
  • Bridge tactical-level Component HUMINT efforts with national-level strategic HUMINT planning and operations
  • Tailor instruction to address the unique operational and intelligence requirements of the INDOPACOM theater
  • Ensure course content is up-to-date and aligned with current DIA and DoD training requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of DoD or military experience in HUMINT
  • Trained and certified instructor with experience developing and delivering HUMINT-related training
Desired Qualifications
  • 15 or more years of DoD or military HUMINT experience, including assignments at the operational or strategic level within the INDOPACOM AoR
  • Certified curriculum developer and DIA instructor
  • Experience managing HUMINT operations and policy development
  • Familiarity with joint HUMINT planning and strategic integration processes
