*Description*
This position will be a CLIC Tech role supporting the Digital Experience team. This person will be taking phone calls and potentially supporting processing work. This role will be troubleshooting for the CLIC Tech and CLIC Advisor teams. Looking for someone with previous customer service experience and basic computer knowledge. This person must be computer savvy as they are assisting customers with their technology and account issues! Job Summary: * Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers * This role will be taking around 15-20 calls per day around weeks 3-6 and expect to grow to 30-40 calls a day by 6 months. * Act as a primary contact for all operational activities related to departmental systems; including but not limited to troubleshooting issues, processing activations and deactivations; and providing information and reports related to departmental systems upon request * Act as a primary contact for troubleshooting issues from rep-advisors and company associates, interfacing with the Information Systems department; and escalating issues in a timely manner to obtain resolutions as quickly as possible. * Deliver professional presentations and both formal and informal trainings during conferences and as * requested * Develop an understanding of other company technology systems that interface or could be used with or to troubleshoot inbound inquires related to departmental systems * Capture essential data used for team metrics, accurately, and in a timely manner *Skills & Qualifications* Previous customer service experience - retail, service industry, restaurant experience - 1+ years Positive attitude and growth mindset Basic computer knowledge and experience- must be tech savvy for this role to assist others! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
