*About the Role* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment. You will be the voice of our organization, supporting tax professionals and their clients by providing accurate account information, promoting services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
*Key Responsibilities* * Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email * Answer inbound calls within 30 seconds; handle 50+ calls daily * Conduct outbound call campaigns to existing customers * Navigate system applications efficiently to provide accurate account details * Complete customer request forms and document interactions for trend analysis * Maintain high accuracy while managing multiple customer interactions * Meet or exceed service level goals (90%+ call volume and quality standards) * Support seasonal ramp-up for tax-related projects *Required Qualifications* * High school diploma or GED * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in computer and data entry tasks *Employee Value Proposition* (EVP) * Performance-based incentives and giveaways * Unlimited overtime opportunities during peak season (February) * Supportive team environment with a spacious break room and cubicle layout *Why Join Us?* This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team that values customer satisfaction and employee development.
