Top Skills & Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in digital design * Proficiency in Sketch and Figma * Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to guide creative direction * Experience collaborating directly with clients and internal teams Job Overview: We're seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our internal marketing team and help shape the creative direction of our brand. This role involves close collaboration with our Sr Design Lead, production team, and other marketing stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital and print assets. Key Responsibilities: * Design and produce digital assets for a variety of platforms including websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, and interactive displays * Contribute to creative ideation and help guide design decisions in collaboration with clients and internal teams * Support multimedia projects including animation and video game interfaces * Occasionally develop print materials such as direct mail, inserts, collateral, and advertisements * Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives Day-to-Day: You'll work on a mix of digital-first projects while also supporting occasional print needs. Your ability to think creatively, communicate effectively, and execute with precision will be key to success in this role. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
