Structural Project Engineer (Long Beach, CA) needed to perform structural engg analysis & coordination of projects. Reqs: Candidate must have MS deg in Structural Engg & be licensed as a P.E. (Civil) in the state of CA. 1 yr exp in structural evaluations of existing buildings in accordance w/ ASCE41. Other exp should incl dsgn of components of structural retrofits & tenant improvement projects; construction admin support for buildings under OSHPD jurisdiction. Past project exp should incl & dsgn & analysis of new steel, concrete, wood & masonry multi-story structures. Proficiency in using Perform-3D, ETABS, sp Column, Revit & Auto CAD.
