Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce & Digital Experiences (Long Beach, CA) Drive vision for store of the future where customers expect a seamless online/ offline exp & mktg/merchandising orgs expect advanced capabilities & analytics. Collaborate w/ teams building capability roadmaps & delivering solutions through agile scrum teams that enable asset protection, finance & store ops biz functions. Up to 50% remote work allowance. Reqs MS in Biz, Comp Sci, or rltd, as well as 3 yrs of IT exp (or a BS & 5 yrs of progressively resp IT exp). All qualifying exp must incl: product mgmt or product ownership on an Agile team dvlpg ecommerce websites & mobile applics in the retail domain; understanding of mobile app, website, & mktg ecosystems tech, incl web applic vendors, content delivery networks, tag mgmt solutions, personalization tools, logging & analytics tools, payment solutions; full lifecycle tech implmtn exp delivering package & custom-dvlpd s-ware; working w/ engg dev & ops teams to deliver & sustain applics; demonstrated success in simply communicating complex ideas & working closely w/ biz partners at all levels of an org; demonstrated understanding of modern s-ware dvlpmt & infrastructure tools, processes & practices, incl Agile dvlpmt, Cloud & Dev Ops; working collaboratively in a matrixed organization w/ proven influencing skills; strong research & modeling techniques.
