Web Application Developer

We are seeking a talented Web Application Developer to join our team! As a developer you will work with a team of designers, front and backend developers as well as product owners to architect, scope and build solutions for internal and external apps and websites. The ideal candidate is eager to learn new technologies, systems, and problem domains. Eager to work on all aspects of our tech stack, while working closely with internal stakeholders.

• Designs, develops and maintains internal and external websites,
  APIs, services and systems
• Creates solutions using technologies such as React, NextJS, Node,
  Javascript, PHP, REST and GraphQL and Headless CMS systems
• Is familiar with best practices to develop, optimize and scale
  applications and websites deployed on AWS.
• Is ambitious about improving product quality and advocates opportunities
  and improvements affecting the work of our development team.
• Collaborates frequently with other team members on code reviews
  and mentors team members across different experience levels.
• 3+ years of full-stack web development experience, supporting
  high availability, large-scale web applications, and systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex
  technical concepts into clear, actionable information for product managers,
  designers, data analysts, and other engineers.
• Ability to work independently, open and eager to learn,
  and willing to adopt new business challenges.
• Ability to architect, scope, prioritize, estimate, and deliver on projects
  while managing the balance between shipping code quickly and
  shipping high-quality code.
• Experience (ideally) with the following technologies:
  - Javascript / Typescript
  - React and NextJS
  - REST/JSON and GraphQL
  - Node and Express
  - Laravel and PHP
  - Prisma3 and MySQL or similar relational databases
  - Material-UI and TailwindCSS
  - Docker, Git, Redis
  - AWS (Lambda, S3, SQS, etc.)
