Zip Code: 95382 Minimum Level of Education: High School or Equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Employment Type: Full Time Travel Percentage: 0 Brief role description: The Compliance Analyst is responsible for overall compliance activities for the local finance team, manages key compliance processes and has internal audit responsibilities, customer audits, oversight of accounts recs, HHA/COI coordination, driver check-in compliance, and FAMM compliance Primary areas of responsibility: Rebates and vendor agreements Vendor Set Up and Maintenance Recommends necessary actions to correct audit remediation items identified Quarterly System Access and SOD Compliance Annual and ongoing SOX testing, and oversees continuous review of internal processes to ensure compliance Key processes review to reduce rick Business License Tracking Manages annual and ongoing self-assessment function and oversees continuous review of internal processes to ensure compliance Internal audit Annual system access audit - SODs Compliance follow-up activities (i.e. DOT compliance, HAZMAT compliance, HHA, COI) Key processes review to reduce rick FAMM compliance Reviews credit oversight process Assists when requested and reviews internal audits; conducts external audits when required Skills/Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Bachelor's degree preferred 2 years audit & basic accounting experience required Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Basic mathematical operations (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) Ability to communicate clearly (verbally and in writing) Detail-oriented BENEFITS INFORMATION: For information on Sysco's Benefits, please visit https://SyscoBenefits.com HOW WE PROTECT OUR ASSOCIATES COVID-19 Precaution(s): Personal protective equipment and masks provided Temperature screenings Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, and cleaning procedures in place OVERVIEW: Sysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
