You will provide administrative support to two Senior Leaders within Camera & Photos and three engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. Key Qualifications
  • - Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience required.
  • - Provide calendar management and prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
  • - Exercise good judgment, integrity and discretion at all times, especially when exposed to highly sensitive materials and confidential information.
  • - Ability to work successfully in a team environment, act as a trusted resource, and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is critical.
  • - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of professionalism.
  • - Must possess a "can-do" attitude, be well organized, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent follow through.
  • - Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are required.
Description
- Daily activities include challenging calendar management, organizing meetings and video/conference calls while actively utilizing your keen problem solving abilities as challenges arise. - Multi-task and prioritize a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness. - Plan, coordinate and execute internal events such as off-sites, team building events and organizational wide meetings (all hands). - Manage a floor plate which includes, ordering and stocking office supplies & snacks, updating floor plans, submitting facilities and maintenance requests, staying up-to-date on all security protocols to help ensure the security and privacy standards within our floor plates. - On board new hires with AOU equipment, access requests and desk allocation. - Ability to support heavy team ordering of expensed test equipment and lab consumables. - Processing credit card purchases (P-Card & M-Card) for the teams, keeping digital receipts and sending proof of purchase to finance for reconciliation.
