The Opportunity

The Agile Project Manager will manage and oversee multiple, highly complex business process and innovation projects ensuring all agreed upon objectives and deliverables are implemented in accordance with business requirements.

What someone will need to be successful in this role

  • 5+ years of experience of project management/agile delivery experience
  • Demonstrated history with SDLC Methodology
  • Professional Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.) Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that project requirements and deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining project and technical documentation (project schedule, testing schedule, project overview summary implementation plan, etc.)
  • Responsible for the coordination of internal, contract, and vendor resources.
  • Manages relationship with users, clients, and vendors for assigned projects and development team's deliverables.
  • Responsible for managing all phases of SDLC for development team.
  • Facilitate defect triage and issue tracking management.
  • Responsible for recognizing Healthy Teams metrics trends and creating actionable items to address those trends.
  • Coaching individual development team members on Agile best practices.
  • Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Implementation Team.
  • Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
  • Coaching the team towards self-reliance, including coaching team members around conducting agile events, scheduling grooming sessions and challenging the team to solve problems.
  • Accountable for relentless improvement utilizing team retrospectives for Scrum/Kanban teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Location

This role is hybrid and the candidate selected will be required to be onsite at the Ambler PA office two days a week.
