General Purpose and Scope of Position:

As the Customer Service Supervisor, your expertise will allow you to deliver customer-centered strategy by collaborating with cross-functional business partners including scheduling, production, technical sales, and key account management. Leveraging your skills and working with customers on the front line, you'll make a direct impact on the business to help our partners flourish. Along the way, you'll be guided by our deep-rooted culture and have the support and tools you need to do your job, learn, grow and succeed.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead the strategy and our customer service team, who process all customer orders while communicating directly with our partners as well as our Technical Sales team. You will be helping our production schedule while meeting our customer order expectations. You will drive, develop and influence our execution process and our operating procedures. This role is at the Buhl, ID location and is an onsite role.

Key Skills and Abilities:



  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years + related experience in leading customer service teams, executing order processing, and customer communication. Or relevant experience
  • Experience with a Tier 1 ERP, JDE experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skillset and experience - Office 365, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in a Customer Service Supervisor function
  • Experience in agriculture or livestock preferred

Specific Responsibilities and Deliverables:



  • Developing a world-class customer-centered order transaction strategy
  • Hire, coach, lead and develop high-achieving customer service specialists
  • Accurately process 100's of transactions daily while balancing communication with customers
  • Identifying customer insights that can assist the key account management team with delivering value
  • Ensuring business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives
  • Soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application
