General Purpose and Scope of Position: This position is responsible for ensuring the daily maintenance of all application and support equipment at the assigned (shop) location and including the management and development of shop/equipment staff. The position is responsible for the effective and efficient repair of machinery and components at high levels of quality in accordance with Wilbur Ellis standards and those of other monitoring agencies. The individual in this position will assist in the processing of repair and warranty work. The individual will also advise and recommend changes and improvements to the Branch or Operations Manager as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. Key Skills and Abilities Include:
