The Opportunity

The Berkadia Talent Acquisition team is seeking a collaborative thought leader to join our growing team! Are you passionate about inclusive sourcing, talent attraction, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)? The Diversity Sourcing & Talent Attraction Partner will play a critical key role by serving as a strategic thought partner to elevate Berkadia's inclusive sourcing and talent attraction strategies. The Diversity Sourcing & Talent Attraction Partner will work with key stakeholders across the enterprise to bring the inclusive sourcing and talent attraction strategies to life. As Diversity Sourcing & Talent Attraction Partner, you will work alongside recruiters, hiring leaders, ERG members, diversity organizations, and Berkadia's internal DEIB and Corporate Marketing teams to build collaborative and inclusive talent acquisition strategies.

What you will need to be successful in this role

Successful candidates will have experience with inclusive sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies, a passion for DEIB, a desire to bring their thought leadership & consultancy to recruiters and hiring leaders alike, and an ability to influence others.



  • Provide thought leadership to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team around innovative and inclusive strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Lead diversity organization partnerships (Project Destined, CREW Network, Future Housing Leaders, etc.), conference and event execution, and Minority Serving Institution (MSI) engagement strategy (HBCUs, HSIs, Women's colleges, etc.) on behalf of Talent Acquisition
  • Develop programmatic offerings and campaigns for underrepresented populations to drive talent attraction and candidate experience
  • Partner with HR Senior Leadership team and other key stakeholders to communicate diversity sourcing strategy and success measurements to leadership teams
  • Lead the development of key enablement programs or processes in support of inclusive hiring and talent attraction efforts
  • Serve as Talent Acquisition point of contact to the Corporate Marketing team and partner on content strategy for talent attraction & recruitment marketing efforts
  • Other duties as assigned.


Work Location & Travel Expectations

Due to the nature of the responsibilities, this is a remote opportunity. There may be times, however, where this role may be required to be onsite within a Berkadia office or designated location periodically at the request of the manager for things such as meetings, trainings, or events, resulting in minimal domestic travel (10-20%).

  • Minimum 1 year of recruiting , preferably corporate with a focus on DEIB and/or recruitment marketing.
  • Proven client-focused orientation, with the ability to influence internally and externally.
  • Experience with event coordination and logistics, demonstrating strong attention to detail, organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to engage audience and sell Berkadia's career opportunities and culture.
  • Ability to connect with people from a broad range of backgrounds across all levels from entry level to executive.
  • Highly collaborative, self-motivated and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational savvy; listens and communicates in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience using reporting tools, Excel, navigating an ATS and platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake and Brazen.
  • Ability to stay current on latest recruiting trends and constantly evaluate our program and recruiting processes to ensure an inclusive and best-in-class candidate experience.
