Duties and Responsibilities
The Enrollment Marketing Project Manager reports to the Senior Content Producer and provides project management for team members as they collaborate with the Undergraduate Admission Office, Graduate and Professional Enrollment Management, other Enrollment Management offices, and schools and programs across the university.
Specific Responsibilities
* Leads project management for Enrollment Marketing team
* Implements best practices for project planning and execution
* In collaboration with Enrollment Marketing colleagues, defines projects and forecasts expected time commitment by team members
* Creates project management processes, leads execution of projects, tracks progress, communicates expectations regarding schedule, and meets deadlines
* Manages internal and external reviews and approvals
* Fosters a team-based, collaborative project management program
* Assists with forecasting and resource management
* Produces ongoing reports on Enrollment Marketing project management
* Regularly reviews and revises project management processes to improve performance
* Handles invoicing related paperwork with Accounts Payable
* Other duties as assigned |
