Job Summary This is a short-term position thru June 30, 2023. Based on funding, position may be extended. Provide administrative support to personnel in the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment (CTLA). The individual in this position will interact with and assist faculty and staff in-person, via email, phone, and web conference; and provide information as the first point of contact in the CTLA. The individual will also provide basic leaning management system (Canvas) support. Essential Functions 40% - Performs administrative tasks and procedures for the CTLA including: greeting faculty, staff, and visitors; answering phones, providing general information regarding the CTLA, Canvas, Google, SIS, HCM, FMS, and other technology tools 30% - Provides administrative support for CTLA, Faculty Development, and various committees 20% - Provides support for faculty with Canvas, Google, SIS, HCM, FMS, and other technology tools 10% - Attends training, department meetings, and actively participates on projects and teams Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED There is no substitution or equivalency allowable for the High School Diploma or GED.
