Job Description:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or relevant field of study preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Work Experiences:
- 1+ year of previous related work experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) preferred

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders to support company-wide recruiting efforts
- Coordinate all corporate job postings to include opening requisitions, edit posting descriptions and post jobs to internal and external web sites as directed by the recruiters
- Manage scheduling interviews with interview teams and candidates for open positions, including travel arrangements for all Corporate and Executive candidates
- Manage Talent Acquisition budget tracking tool in partnership with TA leaders
- Oversee new hire correspondence for onboarding in partnership with Corporate HR
- Handle recruiting for temporary positions and special project recruitment as needed
- Process reimbursements for candidate travel and vendor invoices
- Maintain various Recruiting reports to track open, posted and filled requisitions
- Manage Recruiting e-mail boxes
- Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned
