Electronic Warfare Signatures Analyst

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of EW operations supporting test and analysis of EW and other threat signatures
  • Strong writing/speaking skills; experienced communicating in a diverse community of interest; strong interpersonal skills, and a high degree of professionalism
  • Experience in complex mission planning and execution in joint operational environments
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software applications
  • Candidate must possess a current SECRET security clearance


DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Master's Degree
  • Prior experience operating as am RF signature analyst supporting signatures management and testing
  • Prior experience developing joint/Service level doctrine, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), or Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for Electronic Warfare (EW) efforts
  • Project Management Certification or prior experience as leader/manager of a multi-discipline team demonstrating project management skills to achieve project objectives within the customer defined schedule and budget
  • Prior test and evaluation (T&E) experience with FW or RW aircraft survivability

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Serve as a Electronic Warfare and other Threat Signatures Analyst for the Joint Aviation -- Signature Management Analysis, Application and Rehearsals Tool (JA-SMAART) Quick Reaction Test (QRT)
  • Measure electromagnetic signatures of low level, joint tactical aircraft to produce a series of models to increase aviation survivability through a reduction in susceptibility in multi-domain operations. The project sponsor is United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE)
  • Advise and assist the JA-SMAART QRT Task Lead and Test Director, and contract team members in the planning, development, and execution of contract deliverables including the following:

    • Task Order Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
    • conduct of the Joint Warfighter Advisory Groups (JWAG) meetings; the test plan; risk reduction and field test plans, data analysis and evaluation; test reports and minutes; Product development and transition to the end-users; final out briefings of findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership
    • Serve as contract team member of a diverse contractor team of subject matter, test planner and operational research support analysts
