About this Position:

The District Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the sales goals for the Motorcycle Division in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities include:



  • Monitor sales, marketing, and competitive conditions in the district
  • Identify new sales opportunities and untapped markets, interview dealer applicants, and assist dealers in attaining short and long-term sales, profitability, and market share goals
  • This position is serving the MO/KS territory


Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:



  • 3-5 years of experience in wholesale motorcycle sales/retail motorcycle sales as well as demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales objectives


Required Education:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent work-related experience


Desired skills:



  • PC proficient
  • Extensive travel and the possibility of future relocation
  • Knowledge of motorcycle product and dealership operations is mandatory


Additional Position Factors:



  • Travel: 75%
