About this Position:

The Senior Systems Engineer has the responsibility to provide strategic counsel of SCA leadership to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective systems and applications and/or services for all aspects of the organization. This role will also consult with internal architecture teams and developers within the SCA department to comply with application architectures and new standards, policies, procedures, best practices, and targets state as it relates to the systems and applications deployed for support of NA Supply Chain Team.

Responsibilities include:



  • Consult with internal architecture teams and developers within the SCA department to comply with application architectures and new standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Supervisory responsibility for development tools and processes within the NA Cost and Manufacturing Accounting Team.
  • Act as SME on NA Supply Chain systems and mentor and partner with fellow team members as well as the customer to clearly understand the needs and work to pinpoint the most effective efficient solutions for the future.



Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:



  • 5 to 10 years of experience relevant to cost and manufacturing accounting systems and applications in a large volume manufacturing company and/or environment.
  • 5 to 10 years Project Management experience
  • 5 years in a supervisory position.
  • Experience in management level presentation
  • Experience in developing and managing a budget
  • Experience in managing vendors
  • Knowledge and experience with NA Supply Chain operations and corresponding applications
  • Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Strong technical knowledge of application development, maintenance, and support
  • Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objective
  • Experience with or exposure to "Agile" practices and/or methodology



Required Education:



  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent industry experience
