JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides overall support and assistance to Product Safety/Legal Department team. The Senior Administrative Assistant will handle confidential and sensitive information and interact daily with Product Safety/Legal team, business stakeholders, our outside law firms and other key partners to effectively support our Product Safety/Legal team.

YOUR IMPACT:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Research data and compile, analyze, and prepare reports for roles within the function
  • Assist daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence.
  • Support Product Safety with external commitments related to industry work, external boards, committees, and other groups.
  • Organize and coordinate special events and meetings.
  • Handle any miscellaneous office administrative duties, which includes maintenance of files & records, distribution of mail and communications, ordering supplies, printer maintenance, maintaining files, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Ability to obtain Notary Public

STAND OUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree or equivalent in business, communications, or a relevant area.
  • Seven (7) or more years administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High degree of initiative, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interface with personnel at all levels directly or virtually.
  • Ability to manage confidential data.
