This position maintains benefit and income protection programs by evaluating, recommending, and managing benefit and retirement programs and vendors in the US and Canada. Responsibilities: The Benefits Manager will evaluate plans on an ongoing basis and recommend programs to leaders which reflect industry trends. He/She will comply with federal, state, and local requirements, enforce adherence to requirements, and advise leadership on needed actions. He/She will manage new hire and annual enrollment cycles and inform colleagues of benefit offerings by preparing and distributing benefit communications. He/She will provide leadership in Leave of Absence management. He/She will prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. He/She will resolve queries and drive resolution on retirement programs queries. He/She will train others on relevant practices. What we look for/who would prosper in this role? Salary Target: $102,700 - $117,400 The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
