Job Summary:
|
Student will learn and perform a variety of office administration work. |
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Student should have experience with Word and Excel; accurate typing skills.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Student must be detail oriented and accurate in their work. Good communication skills and quality customer service. Must maintain confidentiality of students according to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) guidelines.

Essential Duties:
|
1. Filing paperwork and student files 2. Remove messages and track information on call log 3. Process return mail 4. Scan student documents into ImageNow 5. Assist with mailings and special events 6. Prep folders with materials for special events
