General OB/GYN for new Cottage Health Program | Santa Barbara, CA

An award-winning, 519-bed hospital located in Santa Barbara is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a newly developed clinic providing progressive evidence-based reproductive health care. Enjoy working in the American Riviera with wonderful support staff in a beautiful clinic adjacent to the state-of-the-art hospital.

The Position:



  • Preference for experienced MD's who are Board-Certified.
  • Join the Medical Director with broad experience to build a unique program in a community with a strong need for reproductive health services.
  • Seeking dedicated physicians and advanced practice professionals to develop a dynamic, collegial practice committed to promoting reproductive justice.
  • The practice is supported by Ob Hospitalists responsible for night (after 8 pm) and weekend deliveries.
  • 4 clinical days per week (office/OR/L&D) with 1 administrative day.
  • 500-bed hospital averages 2,000 deliveries per year and also includes an 8-bed PICU, 23-bed NICU, and 2 Da Vinci Robots.
  • Compensation package includes a guaranteed base salary with quality of life incentive and production bonuses.
  • $300,000 in a housing assistance loan allows you to comfortably relocate to this community, also included are sign-on/relocation of $50,000, full and comprehensive benefits, CME, PTO, and more.
