HID's Marketing Communications Department:

This position is a part of the corporate marketing and communications department and will report into the Senior Director, Corporate Communications and Public Relations. The goal of this team is to drive cohesive communications campaigns that champion HID's market position, establish thought leadership, and engage and inform audiences to make connections that drive brand loyalty. This position will be responsible for managing the corporate content strategy and content marketing activities for HID Global.

As ourContent Marketing Senior Manager, you'll support HID's successby:




  • Develop comprehensive content marketing strategy, which includes identification of topics and content mechanisms to establish and grow industry thought leadership.
  • Build content marketing plans across a variety of content delivery vehicles, including long-form written content, blogs and articles, social media content, video, and more.
  • Create supporting content deliverables on relevant corporate topics, including whitepapers, trend reports, executive articles, blogs, social media copy, and video.
  • Manage various content creation resources, including internal planning and external vendors/agencies.
  • Build, manage, and evangelize corporate editorial calendar amongst a variety of needs, inputs, and stakeholders.
  • Develop an executive content marketing plan to promote thought leadership among senior leaders of the organization.
  • Build and launch a video content strategy, executing required activities and deliverables.
  • Drive global content within the company's marketing campaign framework and proactively work with internal subject matter experts to identify strategic content approaches.
  • Incorporate HID Global's move from product to solution-oriented messaging and an end-user focus into all content marketing activities globally.
  • Develop content that is relevant, timely and impactful in growing HID's brand awareness, thought leadership, and share of voice.
  • Review marketing content to ensure a consistent tone and alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor, track and report content marketing KPIs aligned with the Corporate Communications department and larger company's goals.



What we will love about your background:




  • Experience working with and managing relationships with internal subject matter experts, external agencies and 3rd party vendors, with responsibility for budgets and achieving global content marketing objectives.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) preferred.
  • Experience in technology content marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication skills, quick thinking and the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.



YourExperienceand Education include:



  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, journalism or marketing discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5 plus years content marketing experience desired.
  • Must have experience in marketing content strategy.
