Texas Woman's University College of Nursing is comprised of three large campuses located in the cities of Denton, Dallas, and Houston. Our distinguished faculty are committed to excellence in teaching, practice, service and scholarship. The incumbent will be part of the Houston J. and Florence A. Doswell College of Nursing - Dallas campus faculty. This non-tenure track position includes didactic and clinical teaching. Teaching will primarily be across the curriculum as appropriate. Specific areas of responsibility will vary according to the faculty member's experience and the teaching needs of the academic programs.

Texas Woman's University College of Nursing is seeking outstanding candidates to teach in our Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) programs. We also are prioritizing individuals who desire to teach in our undergraduate program who have psychiatric mental health or women's health experience. This non-tenure track position includes didactic and clinical teaching that may extend across the Bachelor's, Master's APRN and/or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs, clinical scholarship, and service to the college, university, community, and profession. Specific areas of responsibility will vary according to the faculty member's experience and the teaching needs of the academic programs. The applicant will have an earned practice doctorate in nursing (DNP), hold NP licensure and certification in one or more specialties, and be eligible for RN licensure in the state of Texas.
