Description
Individual with 3+ years of experience in the laboratory. The candidate should have familiarity with mouse handling, genotyping, and colony maintenance as well as procedures for metabolic analysis and tissue retrieval. The candidate should be able to carry out standard molecular biology studies (qPCR analysis, cDNA cloning, transient transfection assays) and protein analysis (Western blotting, Immunoprecipitation). Individual will also assist with lab supply purchasing and tissue culture. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The expected pay range for this position is $21.15 - $25.00 per hour. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
