RN Triage (Part Time) - Hospice

This part time position will be working Mon-Tue one week and then Sat-Tue the next week.

This position involves certified nursing work managing the plan of care for Hospice patients. This position provides direct health care services to Hospice patients and their families in their homes, and must demonstrate independent clinical expertise throughout the nursing process. This position works collaboratively with members of the interdisciplinary hospice team, and oversees the work of appropriate caregivers (such as Hospice Aides and/or LPN) to ensure quality patient care and to enhance the quality of life of dying patients. This position is supervised by a Hospice Clinical Manager, through patient care documentation and electronic medical records, written and verbal communication, and direct observation of patient care. Shift, schedule and caseload may vary depending on position assignment.

Required qualifications:



  • Graduate of a school of nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 2 years of Nursing experience.


Preferred qualifications:



  • 1 year of Hospice, home health, skilled nursing facility, medical/surgical, or oncology experience.
  • 1 year of Hospice RN within the past 3 years.
