Description
In this role as the Business Analyst Customer Care for the Business Operations Service department this position will be responsible for develop, lead, maintain and deliver small business initiatives benefiting internal and external customers, dealers, and associates. He or she will represent and advocate for the business product development as subject matter expert. Within the assigned process discipline achieve objectives including process maintenance and advancement, policy amendments, project requirements, testing, and field support.
