This is a Hybrid role allowing up to two days per week to be worked remotely.

The Donor Engagement Coordinator provides a range of services for the Swedish Foundation with an emphasis on the donor cultivation process. The Donor Engagement Coordinator is a key member of our fundraising team for the fundraising, relationship building, communications, and management activities of the development team reporting to the Director of Philanthropy. Provides advanced project-level responsibilities for a team of frontline major gift officers and development officers, including cultivation and solicitation strategies and communication.

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, marketing or non-profit studies preferred. Or A similar combination of skills and related experience.
  • 3 years of job-related experience of progressive complexity in a development setting.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 1 year of Healthcare experience.
  • Project Management experience.
