BCT Partners is a US based company and while we encourage a Remote workforce, we do require that all employees reside and work within the 50 US states or the District of Columbia. The back-end Developer will work with the development team and Senior Data Analyst to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes for the EQUIP and other BCT Big Data Platforms. The Back-end Developer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users. They will also prepare program-level, user-level and technical documentation. This position will work collaboratively with other engineers/developers, data architects, business analysts, programmers, testers and security, often on multiple concurrent projects.
