Redaptive is searching for a Solar Program Manager to manage our installations for our rapidly growing solar business. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Program Management, in this role you will support the Sales Executives, Technical Solutions Engineering, and Preconstruction teams and be responsible for managing our ongoing installations from an Owner Representative role along with forecasting and reporting. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing solar installation in differing jurisdictions, an understanding of ITCs, and a solid understanding of a contractor base. Must be located in, or willing to relocate to the Denver Metro Area. Committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Job Responsibilities Support Pre-construction and Technical Solutions Engineering with pre-contract duties. Manage multiple solar project contracts simultaneously, driving timelines, material procurement by contractors, and financing paperwork Collect and submit appropriate paperwork for ITCs and financing obligations Perform regular reporting of project status including timelines, risks, financing, and contractor payment duties Training our team of program/project managers in solar installations Job Requirements/Qualifications 3-5+ years of commercial and industrial solar project installations, preferably in multiple jurisdictions Experience with both Rooftop and Ground Mount systems is required with battery storage being a plus Demonstrated background and established relationships/network with solar contractors Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to run meetings with Directors and VPs and drive cross-functional initiatives. Experience with energy-as-a-service offerings or energy systems financing is highly preferred Travel is expected at approximately 30%, but may vary depending on projects Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado Permanent Authorization in the US is required at this time The Perks!
