This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is the face and voice of Apple in the partner community that we collaborate with. You will be joining the Channel Strategy and Operation team, as CRM User Experience Designer, focusing on the largest sales transformation program in the next few years, that moves our sales activities to an external SaaS platform, provides groundbreaking experiences for Apple teams, as well as our partners globally. In this role, you will be partnering with cross-functional Apple teams and external partners, to define the user experience of the new CRM/PRM (Parent Relationship Management) solutions. With your valuable contribution, we aim for driving the ultimate experience to boost productivity, enhance collaboration, and transform the way we work.
Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UX experience
  • Extensive expertise in a broad range of UX skills, including interaction design, visual design, branding, UX research, and more
  • Mastery of Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other modern design and prototyping tools
  • Excellent collaboration skills cross-functionally with internal and external team to deliver a quality product while advocating for the user every step of the way
  • Expert problem-solving skills and creativity to find clear solutions that help users achieve their goals
  • Experience with user research, conducting user testing, and distilling feedback into meaningful design improvements
  • Experience designing for web and iOS, including responsive design
  • Detail-oriented, down to the pixel
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and tight timelines. Familiar with Agile development approach.
  • High energy and a positive attitude
  • Able to work flexible hours (OT and weekends may be required)
  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates the above
  • Highly skilled in Sketch, Figma, Keynote and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal.
  • A deep understanding of the Apple design aesthetic, UI, and history
  • Familiarity with cloud-based CRM technology and platform is a plus
Description
Gather input from stakeholders and draw on your extensive UX design knowledge and industry experience to distill project requirements into intuitive design that addresses clearly defined user needs Collaborate closely with product owners, process analysts, external UIUX designers, and solution architects to create innovative and engaging user experiences for various personas, for multiple capabilities on the transformation program roadmap Create journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, style guides, prototypes, site maps, and other design artifacts to communicate design approach and to gain alignment across stakeholders Conduct usability studies and rapidly iterate designs to incorporate user feedback and support agile development Design UI and visual design language while adhering to existing Apple design standards Present UX and visual Designs to team and management while clearly articulating design rationale. Make reasonable tradeoffs with considerations on technology limitations
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design/HCI/Media Arts/Graphic Design/Psychology, or a related field

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,000 and $242,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
