Job Summary:
|
The purpose of the student ambassador job is to be an ambassador for Elgin Community College. Share experiences they have had here at ECC to excite potential students. The ambassador is to guide prospective students through enrollment process to become a student. |

1. Have taken at least one semester of courses 2. Great communication skills 3. Basic typing functions

1. Previous customer service experience.

Essential Duties:

1. Greet Potential Students 2. Put together mailing packages/postcards/letters 3. Answer phone calls/make out-bound calls 4. Assist coordinators with events 5. Give Tours 6. Typical office duties (file, copy, fax etc.)
