200458535 The People team is seeking an outstanding Business Operations Project Manager to join its Worldwide People Business Operations team. As a Business Operations Project Manager, this individual will have a unique opportunity to be involved in Business Planning, Communications and Executive updates, Strategic projects and analyses, Business insights (internal and external), and working on key deliverables supporting the People leadership team. This is an incredibly exciting growth and development opportunity in a unique high impact role partnering across the People team. Key Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of proven experience in Business Planning, Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Consulting roles preferred
- Results-oriented, driven and demonstrates a degree of ownership and accountability

Description As a WW People Business Operations Project Manager, you will: - Support the Annual Strategic Planning process and track continued growth of key focus areas - Partner with Finance to support ongoing headcount and Opex planning, and engage in quarterly review of headcount models - Lead end-to-end planning for Quarterly People Communications Meetings, and support for other key speaking engagements - Provide support for executive updates for senior leadership meetings - Lead strategic analyses, and deliver timely internal and external insights - Provide support for special projects Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred Additional Requirements

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $156,000 and $234,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
