Overview

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will assist Sales Enablement and Sales Training leaders on execution of sales onboarding, training and enablement programs. Will be responsible tactical management of the Huddle Sales Space including upload and cataloging of new files and tools, auditing and upkeep of sales assets and files. Additionally, executes on new designs of sales kits and develops sales communications. Will assist with sales meeting coordination and assists Sales Enablement, Training and Sales Operations in general with organization tasks including key meetings such as National Sales Meeting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team with assigned tasks and support the daily operations needed to enable sales team
  • Responsible for onboarding of new Sales employees including set up on sales specific technology and tools
  • Responsible for management and upkeep of sales asset management systems, including design and creation of sales job aides
  • Coordination and execution of sales organizational communication channels, including creation and distribution of newsletters and important notification, weekly sales meetings, etc.
  • Collaborates with other departments including Product Marketing on development of Sales Enablement programs
  • Operates under direct supervision with frequent reviews of work, and at times with minimal supervision


Qualifications

Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of various sales enablement tools such as: Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Salesforce knowledge a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast pace and high-growth environment and be willing to "roll-up your sleeves"
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple departments
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision Environmental Factors
  • Constant indoor collaborative work environment in close contact with co-workers

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $47,500 - $65,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
