Graphic Recorder and Facilitator, Mid

Key Role:

Work on a dynamic team in a fast-paced client environment to develop compelling visual communications in support of technical Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives. Facilitate, translate, and illustrate conversations, documents, or presentations in real-time into text and digital graphics. Identify key ideas, synthesize them, and document them in visual form. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Produce graphic designs and visuals for a variety of purposes, including client briefings and representations of stakeholder experiences. Work across teams, stakeholders, and high-ranking personnel, building knowledge of diverse capabilities and components of the work to tell stories visually.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working with live graphic design recording in a professional environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to think creatively, synthesize complex and technical information, illustrate concepts in real-time, and communicate clearly
  • Ability to work with Adobe Suite creative apps, including InDesign or Illustrator
  • Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing graphic recorder expertise
  • Ability to provide support both in-person and virtually
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the Federal space, including the DoD
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to develop compelling communications products, including briefings, reports, fact sheets, and infographics
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with senior-level clients
  • Experience with design thinking or human centered design
  • Knowledge of Enterprise IT Transformation

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
