Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Planning and Analysis Team)

And this is our Senior Financial Analystrole for those who possess a strong sense for detail, analytical skills and are ready to combat discrepancies in financial records.

• Partner collaboratively with internal teams across the company to create financial forecasts and budgets that align to company goals.

• Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including creating communications & presentations for leadership.

• Deliver insights to business partners to help understand key drivers, proactively highlight risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Review and validate data during month-end close and partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Drive project initiatives focused around evaluating and improving expense management for General and Administrative functions.

• Review, evaluate and suggest improvements to current processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

• 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience in Oracle-based financial tools such as PBCS, EPM, Hyperion, Essbase, HFM is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google-based products.

• Requires an intellectually curious individual who is eager to learn.

• Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills required.

• Able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.

• Strong sense of pride and ownership and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile.

Financial planning & analysis or FPnA - this Department is responsible for planning our costs for different periods, reconciliation of plan and actual costs, and preparation of the profit and loss budget (P&L). The team help with understanding the budget of the Department you work for, the budget for personnel, new vacancies and advise on the most appropriate option in regard to the budget
