Applicants for this position must have a Ph.D. degree or a terminal degree with an M.D./Ph.D., with an academic record sufficient for appointment in the In-Residence series. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work cooperatively in interdisciplinary teams and congenially within a diverse academic and clinical environment. This position will have a combination of administrative, clinical, research, and teaching responsibilities in the UCI Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Program. Key responsibilities include: CELLULAR PRODUCT PROCESSING LABORATORY MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION CONDUCT AND SUPERVISION OF RESEARCH LABORATORY COMMUNICATION AREA MAINTENANCE Academic salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applicants must have demonstrated capabilities for teaching, independent research, and original work. The successful candidate will support the needs and objectives of UCI's Department of Medicine and Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center Cancer Control Program. Responsibilities will include research, teaching, mentoring students, and service on administrative committees. Applications will be considered until the position is filled.
