Coordinator, Academic Credentialing & Compliance - Faculty Success

Performs specialized work to enhance effectiveness of the academic credentialing, compliance reporting, and faculty performance evaluation. Serves as customer service liaison to the Budget Office, HR, Payroll Office, University Scheduling, Research & Sponsored Programs, Institutional Research and Improvement, Office of Information Technology, and academic departmental and Dean's offices. Responsibilities include preparing reports and data for the Faculty Success unit. Work is performed under the supervision of the Vice Provost for Faculty Success, and performance evaluation is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures.

Supervises: May supervise student assistants

ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Bachelor's degree in an area generally related to program content or assigned responsibilities preferred. Two years of experience in a generally related area. Regular and reliable attendance at the University during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position.

SAFETY
TWU promotes a safe working environment. Employees are responsible for completing assigned tasks safely and efficiently, and supervisors are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment. Employees must report any unsafe work conditions or practices, as well as any near-miss incidents, to their supervisor and Risk Management. Supervisors and employees should ensure that injury/accident reports are submitted to the Office of Human Resources and Risk Management within 24 hours of the incident.
