Aerobraze, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.

Our 90,000-square foot facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio houses a dedicated team of 50+ highly skilled professionals and constantly expands its production capabilities. Our products are globally shipped to customers far and wide.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing the full life cycle of projects, including contract review, pre-project planning, definition, design, development, testing, implementation, execution, and closeout.
  • Provide necessary interdepartmental communication between Engineering, Production, Production Control, Quality, and other areas to accomplish assigned goals and objectives.
  • Work with Program Managers to develop and maintain standardized processes and sequence of operations. Specify and integrate the process procedures into tech plans and routers.
  • Assist with establishing procedures to guide production personnel relating to specifications, material processes and quality requirements.
  • Provide technical support to Sales and assist with quoting activity.
  • Maintain multiple projects concurrently.
  • Assist with continuous improvement and root cause problem solving activities.
  • Evaluate and analyze new developments or designs for application to current production processes.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues/problems with processes.
  • Maintain and update documented training process for personnel and supervisors.
  • Assist with designing and developing tooling for new and existing programs.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Current Engineering Student
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
