Your practice:



  • Flexible Schedules: Create your ideal work life balance with options to practice hybrid remote or a 4-day work week option all with and built-in administrative time
  • Innovative care: Collaborative Care model embedded in primary care, individual therapy, groups include Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology, as well as trauma-informed therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy and EDMR
  • Full Administrative support with a dedicated Practice Manager, Case Managers and therapist group
  • Medical-Legal Consultation to guide and protect your practice and license



Your role:



  • Balance: 100% outpatient, flexible schedule, no weekends, 60-minute intakes, 30-45-minute follow-ups, Epic EMR, multidisciplinary practice with primary care and specialty consultations and collaboration
  • Flexible Schedule with remote options
  • Psychiatric medication management and direction therapy
  • Quarterly on-call, no travel required, no inpatient coverage: evening and weekend phone call only, 1 week a quarter with Behavioral health crisis triage support



You'll earn:



  • We offer a competitive base salary of $300,000 + $60,000 bonuses + up to $58,000 performance/quality metrics
  • 4 weeks+ vacation, CME time + generous stipend, malpractice and insurance coverage, complete benefits package

Required Qualifications:



  • BE/BC in Adult Psychiatry
  • Unrestricted WA State Medical License required prior to start date
  • CurrentWA DEA certificate required prior to start date



Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $300,000 to $400,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
