Overview

The Senior Director of CyberMarket (CM), will lead the program development and operation of the CyberMarket program and assist the Vice President in planning and executing the overall CyberMarket strategy achieving operational excellence. The Senior Director, CM will oversee all aspects of the CyberMarket Program including vetting new solutions and services, vendor member benefits execution, streamlining supporting operations, developing campaigns and work with a diverse group of stakeholders to identify needs and gaps within CyberMarket.

What You'll Do

    Build relationships with all CyberMarket vendor leaders including in depth knowledge of all solutions being offered to continuously improve and refine the offerings
  • Continuously evaluate the program to ensure the benefits are being executed and evaluating the results to make recommendations and changes needed to maximize success
  • Responsible for developing and tracking key metrics and reporting out and presenting on the overall program to executive leadership
  • Responsible for developing and strengthening relationships between CIS and CyberMarket vendors
  • Gather and analyze the internal and external stakeholders' feedback to provide insights, identify gaps, make recommendations for improvements, and provide consistent readouts on CyberMarket performance
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of current and future vendor member offerings; including their strategies, markets, risks, business models, personnel, and the opportunities they present to CIS and the SLTT Community
  • Coordinate cross functionally with internal CIS teams and stakeholders including Marketing and Communications, Customer Experience, MS-ISAC and EI-ISAC Operations and Stakeholder Engagement, and CIS Services Sales to develop a deep understanding of CIS SLTT engagement and needs to inform CyberMarket strategy and operation
  • Responsible for being the Sponsor of the Technical Vetting Committee, directing and improving the overall vetting process and managing the teams' engagement and adding participants as appropriate/required
  • Manage the SLTT Advisory Board team, ensuring participation and consistent engagement with vetting as well as facilitating thought-leadership and feedback sessions and taking action to implement suggestions as appropriate
  • Assist in identifying, attending, and presenting at strategic events/conferences/meetings and planning events/conferences that highlight or enhance the CIS CyberMarket offerings
  • Lead, coach, develop and manage the CyberMarket Program team


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree* (or equivalent years of experience).
  • 6-8+ years of program and/or operations management or related experience.
  • 5+ years leading, coaching and managing teams related to managing a large ongoing program
  • Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong program and operations management skills to lead the strategic and operational expansion of the CyberMarket program
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
  • Strong experience in understanding business partner and client needs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

It's A Plus If You Have:

  • Background in cybersecurity.

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate's degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
