Senior Finance Director Cybersecurity Services Program - Remote

The Senior Finance Director Cybersecurity Services Program will report directly to the Executive Vice President (EVP) & General Manager of Sales and Business Services (SBS). This position will manage all expense and revenue budgeting and forecasting activities for the Cybersecurity Services Program. The Senior Finance Director Cybersecurity Services Program will serve as the lead in evaluating, reviewing, and approving contract payment terms and payments for products and services to support the program as well as staff resource approvals, expenses, and tracking. The position is responsible for developing cost and price models including discounts and promotions for products and services, documented internal processes to ensure effective planning and accurate accounting.

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis of the Cybersecurity Services Program
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations
• Review analysis results, develop insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing, cost reduction, and lead strategic business divisions
• Work closely with the VP of Cybersecurity Services Program, VP of Sales, CIS Finance, Procurement, Legal, and the EVP SBS forecasts to ensure preparation and alignment of budgets, forecasts, financial goals, and objectives with overall organizational strategy
• Develop and implement FP&A best practices, procedures, and processes
• Prepare financial performance reporting, metrics, and analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support decision-making by senior leadership
• Drive financial analyses to evaluate the Cybersecurity Services Program operational and strategic decisions
• Analyze actual operating results throughout the year as compared to budget and planned performance
• Lead, develop, coach and manage team members
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline*
• 10+ years of experience in a financial, business, and strategic planning role
• 7+ years of experience in a lead financial planning role
• 3+ years of experience leading, managing and coaching teams
• Experience scaling growth stage Software as a Service companies
• Excellent presentation and communication with C-suite executives
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles sufficient to prepare complex and detailed financial and budget analyses
• Experience with cost and price modeling
• Previous experience with financial planning software
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

It's A Plus If You Have:

• CPA or MBA
• Previous non-profit experience

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate's degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
