The Temporary Development Manager, Leadership Events is responsible for ensuring the assigned revenue portfolio reaches budgeted revenue of assigned market(s) where a Leadership Event staff vacancy is present. In this role, this position will drive the retention and acquisition of donors and corporate supporters, provide guidance to Market Leadership and support as applicable to Volunteer Chairs and Committees. In addition, this portfolio will act in a support capacity for markets where the Market Leaders are leading Leadership Events. Essential Function/Responsibility
Generates $100,000 in Leadership Events revenue while providing leadership, accountability and direction for the staff and volunteer team throughout the assigned event revenue portfolio (80%)
Collaborate effectively with all Society departments to achieve development goals as well as broader goals, e.g. Chapter, region, and national goals. (10%)
Facilitates Volunteer Engagement for fundraising and event experience in the assigned event revenue portfolio (10%)
