Position Overview: Astound Business Solutions is currently searching for a Wholesale Regional Sales Manager. This individual may sit remotely near any of Astound's major markets in the West Coast, with travel expectations. This position is responsible for selling telecommunications and network connectivity services while creating and managing the relationships with Regional and Strategic Wholesale accounts. Must be proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a strong knowledge of the Wholesale telecommunications business and be enthusiastically committed to growing client relationships and driving new business. Excellent customer relationship skills are critical, as is the ability to exercise good judgment, be self-motivated and work both independently and as part of a team. Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions are $80,000 annually. Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
