GEICO'S - Data Management team is seeking a highly motivated Technical System Analyst

Responsibilities Include:

* Must have the following education and/or experience:

* Bachelor's Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent education or work experience

* At least 3 years of experience in product design, technical analysis, or engineering

* At least 3 years of experience performing as a technical analyst on an Agile software delivery team

* At least 2 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing products

* At least 2 years of experience documenting requirements, processes, workflows, and test plan

* At least 2 years knowledge of Data transformation, Data management & ETL processes

* At least 2 years of experience writing SQL to query and interpret large volumes of data

* At least 2 years of experience with Relational Databases, preferably in a Data Warehouse environment

* Able to analyze data, assess data quality, and map data to requirements for analysis and reporting

* Able to work independently while supporting multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Additional Skills Preferred:

* Experience with XML, JSON data schema and data mapping

* Analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel

* Presentation skills using Power Point and Visio

* Certified in Agile

* Familiarity with Azure DevOps

Annual Salary

$70,000.00 - $157,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
